Daniel Morgan was the Representative of Virginia and was also a soldier for the army. He lead many victorious battles like the Whiskey Rebellion and he used a different way to win his battles. Such as when most commanders used the musket and bayonet he preferred the rifle and when most commanders looked at colonial militia in disgust he looked at them with opportunity.
