"Values" are abstract ideals that guide one's thinking and behavior across all situations.

Values refers to the essential and enduring convictions or standards shared by the individuals from a culture about what is great or terrible and attractive or unfortunate. Qualities or values have significant impact on a man's conduct or behavior and state of mind and fill in as wide rules in all circumstances. Some basic business values are reasonableness, advancement and group contribution.
