multiply both the top and the bottom by (4-3i) to eliminate i in the denominator:
10(4-3i)/(4+3i)(4-3i)=(40-30i)/[4²-(3i)²]=(40-30i)/25
reduce: (8-6i)/5
a=8, b=5, c=6, d=5
