You could put 70/100 and cross multiple with x/5,000 first multiple 5,000 by 70 then divide by 100 meaning x=3,500

The answer would be letter A. Do 70/100 times 5000/1 and you should get 350,000/100. Then cross the two zeros off on the 100 and the two last zeros on 350,000. Your answer should be 3,500.
