Somebody in a non-rural area, most likely a city. Or somebody who was born into a middle class/wealthy family. Most of the time these people are more Liberal than others,

A person on the left is a liberal. he wants education to be public and free, he believes that the benefit for the people is the expansion of government functions, investing in social programs and infrastructure, he wants the highest taxes to be for the wealthy .
