The 4th of July is only celebrated by the United States of America and the Philippines.

Save for USA and Philippines, American Independence day (4th of July), is also celebrated in Denmark, but only in Rebild and Aalborg. It is celebrated there since 1912. American Soldiers stationing there after WW2 also caused 4th of July to become more popular.
