I'm not a professional when it comes to law enforcement and what-not but my mom had studied this type of thing for a few years. From what I remember though, is that photographs can also be used as a 'memory system' for the people against questioning. So I would say false. Sorry if I am wrong, I just dont study this type of thing but like I said, my mom did for a while.
