f(x) = 2/3x + 2......f(x) is the same as y
y = 2/3x + 2.....in y = mx + b form, the y int is in the b position....so ur y int is gonna be 2 or (0,2) <==
to find the x int, sub in 0 for y and solve for x
y = 2/3x + 2
0 = 2/3x + 2
-2/3x = 2
x = 2 * -3/2
x = -6/2
x = -3....and ur x int is (-3,0) <===
so ur answer is : A
