4p-13p-p=-150
-9p-p=-150
-10p=-150
p=15
Order of operations. Doing so turns it into a simple division equation.

I believe p=15. I combined both 4p and -13p to get -9p then subtracted the last p to get -10p. -150/-10 =15.
