- Employees who face constant comments, criticisms or other negative
results can lose motivation and interest to perform their jobs.
- stereotypes doesn't allow for group progress for example, someone not asking to the coworker for support or
offering it.
- doesn't allow to get to know someone or interact effectively based on individuating
information.
