Let x be width.

Length: 2x

98=2x(x)
2x^2=98
x^2=98/2
x^2=49
x= sqrt(49)
x= 7 (not -7 because distance cannot be in negatives)

Therefore, the dimensions are 7"x14"

Hope I helped :)
