A form of Greek government in which elite classes rule is called the Aristocratic rule by Aristocrats that begin to rule ancient Greek City States in 1980s. When the rule of Greek Aristocrats ends, tyrannical rule came and made the city states become a democratic government, though some city states still used to rule by oligarchy.
