Just do PEMDAS

So, ([tex]64 [/tex] ÷ -4) ÷ (-[tex]2[/tex])
[tex] \frac{64}{-4} = -16 [/tex]
Problem becomes: [tex] \frac{-16}{-2} [/tex]
Answer: [tex]8[/tex]
