M = slope
If slope = -3/4, M = -3/4

y = mx + b ---> y = -3/4x + b

Now substitute the point (-5,4) to find b, and therefore the rest of the equation.

y = -3/4x + b
4 = -3/4(-5) + b
4 = 15/4 + b
0.25 = b

Therefore the answer is A, Y = -3/4x + 1/4

I'm not sure so :/
