Alrighty, so there are 5 sets of 50 in 250 (250 divided by 50), so just take 50 times 12 and get 60! Hope that helped :)
Question 1 is 60 because 50 times 5 is 250 so then 12 times 5 is 60, so there would be a total of 60 channels with commercials on. Question 2 the answer is 9 because 100 times 3 equals 300 and 3 times 3 equals 9, so there would be a total of nine shows rescheduled.
