First, you need to remove the decimals. To do this, you can move the decimal point two to the right in each number.
So 1.96/92.12 becomes 196/9212
Both of those numbers are divisible by 2, so divide them both by two.
98/4606
Still divisible by two!
49/2303
Seven does indeed go into 2303, so divide by that.
7/329
And seven goes in to 329 again.
1/47.
