First we'll need to do distributive property for that expression.

we would multiply the 4 by 6, and the 4 by 8.
so...
4x6=24
4x8=32
so the expression would be 24 + 32
Done!
But if you're wondering my i put an addition sign in between 24 and 32, well that is because the question started with an addition sign, so therefor we would bring that down too.
