To do this we need proportions.
3/4 = x/32
Divide the denominator by 4 to see if we have anything we can multiply the numerator by.
32/4=8.
We can multiply 3 by 8 to get how much 3/4 of 32 is.
3 x 8 = 24
24 is 3/4 of 32.
