but as u said only a reflection acros x and y axis
so u draw any shape like rectangle in first quadrant
then give some co ordinates point like(1,1),(4,1),(6,4),(6,1)
and reflect it across x axis so it will go fourth quadrant with same points only sign changed.
do the same thng for y axis
