On the graph plot (0,1) for the y intercept then from that point go up 3 and 4 to the right and put a point. From the first point (0,1) now go down 3 and 4 left.
Or pick points for X and solve for y since X is a fraction pick numbers that are divisible by 4..
So if X=0 you say y= 3/4(0)+1
When X=0 Y= 1 that's a point (0,1)
So if X=4. Then Y= 3/4(4)+1=. 4
So point is (4,4)
So if X=-4 then Y= 3/4(-4)+1= -2 so pt is (-4,-2)
