4x + 2x= 90  (since it is a right angle)

6x = 90
divide both sides by 6
x = 15

Then  plug back into the expressions 4x and 2x for your final answers. Remember, the two answers combine should be 90 degress

4x = 4(15)..... 60
3x = 2(15)..... 30
