21 goes into 71 , 3 times, 3*21 = 63, 8 remaining bring down the 4
21 goes into 84, 4 times, 4*21=84, 0 remaining bring down the last 0
21 goes into 0, 0 times , 0*21=0, 0 remaining

that gives you 340 on the top
