The equation is of the form y=asinbx

The amplitude of the graph is a=3 unit

The period is

[tex]\frac{\pi}{2}[/tex]

Thus,

[tex]\frac{2\pi}{b}=\frac{\pi}{2}\Rightarrow b=4[/tex]

Thus the equation becomes,

y=3sin(4x)
