We get,

[tex]\frac{1}{9}\times\frac{3}{5}=\frac{3}{45}[/tex]

Simplify this fraction to lowset terms as follows,

[tex]\frac{3}{45}=\frac{1}{15}[/tex]

Hence the asnwer is

[tex]\frac{1}{15}[/tex]
