I got  −10−3=−10−3=−10+−3=−13

well, we can't add them, but i is √-1 so we can do this
|-1(10+3i)|
we to know that 10+3i is positive so we get rid of that negative 1


10+3i would be the answer
it isn't equal to antyhing so that's just the simplest form
