If it is 7X to the 6th power then it would have a greater than sign facing 7X^6-3X because it ends up being several hundred thousand bigger.

7*6*6-3*6....5(11-6)  -Multiply 7*6 & -3*6
42*6-18.....5(11-6)  -Multiply 42*6
252-18.....5(11-6)  -Subtract 11-6 and 252-18
