sale for 25% off the regular price. A
sales tax of 4% will be added to the final
purchase price. How much will Angelica
pay for the dress, including tax?

86 x 0.25 = 21.5
86 - 21.5 = 64.50
64.50 x 0.04 = 2.58
64.50 + 2.58 = 67.08
