Aphrodite did not have a birth and infancy within mythology, she emerged fully grown from sea.

there are several myths about the infancy of aphrodite but here are two
1. she is thought to be the daughter of Zeus and the titans of Dione
2. She rose out of Uranus' private parts when Cronus cut it off
