I could be wrong so sorry in advance lol but this is what I did:

I made the equation 3x + 3 = ((7x-10)/2)

I divided the 2nd equation by 2 so that it would be the same length as RZ.

after that, I got: 3x + 3 = 3.5x - 5

from there, i did basic algebra to get the answer 16
