because some people take things too far with their pranks (unintentionally or intentionally) and it causes harm to the person they’re pranking. like for example, if you break someone’s phone for a prank. it might seem like nothing to you, but it’ll definitely make the person you’re pranking mad
other people know what pranks to do, and they know that it wont make the person they’re pranking mad
