Changes in technology have created conflicts in the US because people always wants the new IPhone or the new laptop or the new anything. And that’s all they want, plus with the new and improved technology of the military/army it’s a lot worse because we could be attacked for that technology (I’m sorry if this doesn’t help very much :( I hope it helps a little)
