Lily can travel 60 miles in 1.5 hours. If her speed is reduced by 5 mph, how far can she travel in 3 hours? ____ miles

Hi

60 miles in  1.5 hour mean  speed of  60/1.5 = 40  

If speed is reduce of 5, then she drive at  35 mph.  

so 35*3 = 105 miles in 3 hours.
