(x^3 - 8) = (x - 2)(x + 1)(x + 1)

x^3 - 8 can be simplified into (x-2)(x^2 + 2x + 4)

using the equation a^3-b^3 = (a^2 +ab +b^2)

this is because you can rewrite the equation into (x^3-(2^3))
