Okay, So We Need To Remember The Formula. 
I = P * R * T
So, We Plug In The Known Values. 
P = 290
R = 3.3%
T = 2 years.
Simplify along the way.
I = 290 * 3.3% * 2
I = 290 * 0.033 * 2
I = 9.57 * 2
I = 19.14
