The total value of the exterior angles of a polygon is 360 degrees. To find x, we can add up all of the values of the exterior angles given, set it equal to 360, and solve for x in the equation.

59 + 77 + 66 + 62 + 12x = 360

264 + 12x = 360

12x = 96

x = 8
