(1) first we need to identify patients who have had a stroke and are currently in hospitals. (2) we have to find fatal stroke patients of people who have suffered from this in the community. This is continued by (3) a consideration of the amount of stroke happening which have been fatal. Followed by interview skills which are also obviously important and finally by recording all of these responses in a general registry.
