No it is not possible for velocity to be constant when acceleration is not zero.

Acceleration of a body is the rate of change of the velocity [tex]a=\frac{dv}{dt}[/tex]. Means acceleration is possible only when there is change in velocity

If there velocity will be constant then dv=0 when we put dv =0 in [tex]a=\frac{dv}{dt}[/tex] then acceleration will be also zero

So the constant velocity is not possible when acceleration is not zero
