In certain Algebra 2 class of 29 students, 13 of them play basketball and 7 of them play baseball. There are 4 students who play both sports. What is the probability that a student chosen randomly from the class plays basketball or baseball?

13-4=9 and 7-4=3

9+3=12

So the probability is 12/29
