Supreme Court is established as the higher court, the lower courts consist of minor courts that resolve and hear misdemeanor cases in a municipal region or in a state, such as the justice of the peace, juvenile or police and traffic courts.
Lower courts refer to the 94 federal district and 13 appellate courts; any decision they take can be appealed to the Higher Court.
