There are 3 ways to express a ratio, but my favorite is a fraction so my explanation will use those.
Red to blue is 8:10 expressed as a fraction is 8/10 we then can simplify it to 4:5 or 4/5
Black to red would be 3:8 NOT 8:3.
Blue to all is 10:15 or 10/15 which we can simplify to 2/3 or 2:3.
I don’t know about the last one, depends on whether you include the amount of black bikes in the “all ratio” I think it’s correct.
