= 1 / ( 4*4*4*4)
= 1 / 4^4
= 1 / 256
= 0.0039

It is 1/256
I arroved at becaues i used one of the laws of exponents. If you have a Number with a negative exponent you just put it under one so the number becomes your denominator that's how I arrived at my answer.
