f(x)=50 x= -10

If x=1, then f(x)=50/-10 = -5

Therefor, when x=15, f(x) = 15*-5 = -30

it is -30 because if x=-10 and f(x)=50 you have to divide 50/-10=-5 then you do x=15 x-5=-30
