but it can be 1 or 2 or 3 :)))

we find max and min
x>y means x is bigger than y
 just look at the digits after the question mark

subtract 610,000 for ease
4845>?914
you can see that the question mark cannot 4 or more
so therefor it can be less than 4 aka 3,2,1,0
the question mark can be 0,1,2,3
